Ruta del VinoVALLE DE COLCHAGUA

1996 — 2026 · 30 YEARS

30 years travelling the valleyThe story of Chile's first wine route

In 1996, a group of wineries from the Colchagua Valley came together to open their doors as one. Nobody had done it before in Chile. Three decades later, we're still associated — and we celebrate by opening our new digital home.

  1. 1996

Chile's first wine route is born

The valley's founding wineries form an association to receive visitors as one body. Until then, visits had been managed individually. The guild becomes the first in the country to open a wine valley to the world with a single voice.

The valley earns a name in the world

International recognition arrives. Wine tourism consolidates with centenary wineries, public harvests, and a museum that becomes a must-stop. The association grows beyond its founders.
